Jen Meyer’s love for the feeling of “home” began with a house cleaning business in Minnesota that she owned and ran for eight years. In 2019, when her family relocated for work, their real estate experience on both ends of the move left her feeling scared, lost, and alone. Jen believed that no one should feel this way during such a major transition, and she decided to do something about it. After moving to Colorado, she earned her real estate license and dove in, learning everything she could. She dedicated herself to helping and supporting others through what can be their most financially and emotionally challenging times of life. Jen now makes it her mission to ensure her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way, and she loves every minute of it. In 2023, Jen and her husband bought their first investment property in Greenville, SC, which was an exciting, eye-opening opportunity that deepened her love for real estate. Following that, in 2024, they bought their first flip home in Greenville, renovating and redesigning the floor plan to make it their own. This process served as a powerful reminder to Jen of how personal and impactful a home truly is. Jen has since transferred her real estate license to South Carolina. She is now bringing everything she has learned through experience, education, and heart into serving Greenville and the Upstate. She is eager to help clients learn about real estate and explore all their options. Jen’s goal is to turn her clients’ real estate dreams into reality.
