Meet Charlotte Beck
Charlotte is a graduate of Clemson University, SC Bankers School, and the Wyatt School of Real Estate. She spent 24 years in banking as a consumer client manager and residential real estate lender as well as home renovation and restoration for ten of those years. Her lending experience includes residential lot and construction lending, and she worked closely with buyers of residential homes throughout her 24 years in banking. She now draws upon this experience and knowledge when working with her real estate clients. Charlotte has been with Marchant Real Estate over ten years, and her passion is to bring value to the client experience through her deliberate understanding of their priorities and needs during a real estate transaction.
